U.S. and China Announce Clean Energy Initiatives

U.S. President Barack Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao announce a far-reaching package of measures to strengthen cooperation between the United States and China on clean energy.

Clean energy research, electric vehicles and energy efficiency are among the initiatives announced.
