Steven Roell
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Johnson Controls, Inc.

Mr. Roell joined Johnson Controls in 1982 as operations controller for the Systems and Services Division of the company's controls business and was named division controller shortly thereafter. He then served as treasurer and corporate controller, and from 1991 to 2004, as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He was elected executive vice president and vice chairmain of the Board of Directors in 2005.

Mr. Roell was elected chief executive officer effective Oct. 1, 2007. He was also elected chairmain of Johnson Controls' Board of Directors effective Jan. 1, 2008.

Mr. Roell is director of Interstate Battery System of America, Inc. and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Southeast Wisconsin. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Hunger Task Force and the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee.

Mr. Roell has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. Ambrose University. He received a Certificate of Management Development from Northeastern University.

John (Jack) H. Futcher
President, Bechtel Power Corporation

Jack Futcher is the President of Bechtel Power Corporation (BPC) responsible for managing Bechtel's global activities in project development, execution, and services for fossil, nuclear, and renewable power. BPC includes Bechtel’s Communication Global Business Line rendering services in managing upgrades and expansions of entire national telecommunication networks. Jack also serves on the board of directors of PGESCo, a power engineering and construction company in Egypt and Cimtas Pipe, an integrated engineering, procurement and fabrication company in Turkey.

Over his 28-year Bechtel career, Jack has served in numerous management and leadership roles and has significant operational experience. Previous to joining the Power Business Line, Jack was responsible for Bechtel’s Oil, Gas & Chemicals (OG&C) Downstream Business Line, where he managed the operations and performance of projects worldwide during a period of tremendous market sector growth. In early 2003, he became the Project Director for the multi-billion dollar Egypt LNG projects where he lived at site during execution for twelve months. He later served as Operations Manager for OG&C in Bechtel’s London office. Jack also led Bechtel’s Global Procurement and Contracts Organization for six years, during which time the company purchased over $30 billion dollars of equipment and materials. He was elected a senior vice president in 1999.

Mr. Futcher is the executive sponsor for Bechtel's Frederick, Maryland office complex, which is the central location for performing power work for all projects worldwide. In addition to being the Power Center of Excellence, Frederick is also the home to two Bechtel global business units and several corporate service functions. Jack is also the executive sponsor of Bechtel’s New Delhi office which performs significant work in support of all of the global business units as well as the Cairo office responsible for work in that region.

Mr. Futcher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University. He is a member of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Supplier Executive Task Force and Board of Directors of the Nuclear Energy Institute. Jack also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the United States Energy Association.

C. David Myers
President, Building Efficiency, Johnson Controls, Inc.

C. David (Dave) Myers was named the ninth President of the Johnson Controls Building Efficiency business on Dec. 9, 2005. Previously, he served as CEO for YORK International. Mr. Myers joined York in 1994 as Director of Financial Planning and Controls. That same year, he became Director of Finance, Airside Products Group. He was promoted to Corporate Controller in 1995 and then became Vice President of Finance, Engineered Systems Group in 1998. In 2000, he was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and then became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Mr. Myers was promoted to President and CEO in 2004. He is a C.P.A. and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
